"Very good company to work for. You are in charge of your own destination. Tools are provided for learning but you must direct your own path. Nothing is handed to you. Management's direction is sometimes not direct and leaves you wondering what should be done. Customer service is always a top priority!!!!!"

I got hired for the second time On Dec 2007, and worked for 7 years. I had so much fun working for TCF Bank. Supervisors and employees are working together with customers issues. We were solving problems together. It is very friendly environment. I was so happy going every single day to work for TCF Bank."
