What do you like about working at TCF Bank?
"There is always a variety of assignments to do that keeps me busy all day, every day. I enjoy having work to do at all times. I do multi-tasking and I have great relationship with internal salesmen and external represetatives. I am a people person and enjoy assisting all. Also, it is only a 10 mile drive to work.not TCF Bank, TCF is Twin City Fans"

"Sell goals should not be as high if you are working 15 hours a week."

"Upper management says one thing about how they care about employees, but never witnessed it."

"I wasn't a closing supervisor, I was a servicing manager. I am a good people manager and loved that part of it."

"TCF no longer has a servicing operation/mortgate company in Minnesota."
