"Cheap, inexperienced labor force performing various tasks on a day to day basis. They do have, as of 2015, two quality foremen/backhoe operators. Do not offer ownership any advice or suggestions as they will not listen and it could lead to your termination. They think their way is the only way and can't imagine why anyone would think any other way."
