"Company was acquired by a venture capital group. 80% of the company was removed along with it all the experience that went into the product. Company is grinding through smart people. There is a lot of panic going on in management. They set up a situation where no one has the answers but expect the entry level people to make magic happen well beyond the scope of what they know. Do your best to avoid them. If you do start working there, do your best to keep looking."
