What do you like about working at Tata Consultancy Services?
"They love you so much that you cannot resign the company when onsite like working in US, agreement signed makes you slave. They replace skilled people with low cost employees. Most employees are working full-time in US on business visa which are easier to get for technically unskilled MBA overheads they have hired over time."

"If you are experienced hire with the company you are the preferred one to be bullied and fired at the first possible opportunity."
What don't you like about working at Tata Consultancy Services?
"TCS fired 30,000 employees in 2008 claiming recession. All employees were forced to resign without any compensation. They were threatened with unfavorable feedback on carrier to future employees if they do not resign. The company jacks up experience of employees and puts less or no experience person as highly experienced employee to get higher billing rate. Employs who are science grads are projects as engineering grads under internal training certifications. It is very clear that internal training in Tata Consultancy Services is a paid honeymoon time. Most people meet get married during this tenure."

"Stop cheating unsuspecting US and European clients."
