"I worked for TCS for about 7 months, and in that amount of time I found the company to be terrible. The only redeeming quality is the fact that they hire Jr. Developers to help them get experience. The employee website is so confusing, it takes an instruction manual on how to use it. I enrolled my spouse in the insurance that they offered and she did not start getting coverage until I had been there for 6 months. I would contact them almost daily on this issue. I would call the helpdesk, who would tell me to create a ticket in the "Help Ticketing System", but then when I would open a ticket in the ticketing system, they would just tell me to call the helpdesk. My supervisor never wrote any performance reviews for me despite it being required of him and my continued emails on the matter. In fact, it was virtually impossible to get in contact with my supervisor, so any problems or issues I had fell upon deaf ears. Also the company still uses Lotus Notes as their emailing system, which is the most out-of-date, unintuitive, and inconvenient system out there."
