"Great place to work but not a great place to move up. You will not receive training of any kind unless the training is critical to role management is trying to fill you for. I have been asked multiple times to train people and once they're hardly capable of the subject matter they will be moved on to another role."

The supervisor is a bit of a child for his age, has the attitude of "if it's not my idea, it's not good". The supervisor has been caught stealing credit from the developer with ideas. Punctuality is non-existent. I don't believe more than 1 year is worth it unless higher up gets changed due to extremely poor manager that is currently running the development team."
