"I've worked in TCS for 2 years, and it has been a disappointment. The managers talk very nicely of the working culture, but it is far from the reality once you start to deal with internal issues. It is an Indian company run by Indian people, and they think all people should act, think and behave like they do on Offshore. There is no career growth here unless the client you are assigned to requires it, if not you will never get training for other positions or get promoted. They only think of you like a body to fill in some position and satisfy their clients for them to make more money with you. If you are going to take a chance with them be sure to negotiate your salary very well, so you can stand all the nonsense they ask you to report, because some Indian manager is too lazy to pull on the metrics and make the report themselves, so you need to deal with your client projects, plus TCS internal demands."

"Unfair and biased company. They were not willing to adhere to Employment law in the U.S. TATA has an extremely high turnover rate."
