"Periods of micromanagement while still have a lack of direction. Get something done, but we can't give you any idea what"

"Actually had a mentor-ship model in place so that junior employees could get shown the ropes"

"I like the fact that I do not have a micromanager. Also, collegues are willing to help each other."

"TASC is a good company and it is trying to make its mark as a contractor. You don't feel as lost there as with some of the larger defense contractors."

What don't you like about working at TASC?

"The company does not have as many minorities as other companies in the same line of work. It could be different in other offices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would hire more minorities. Also, I would seek other business and contract opportunities. Currently, the company relies very heavily on a particular customer."
