"Sure, just keep smiling if you still work at Tarzana, it is not so bad, and you do get allot of work experience."

What don't you like about working at Tarzana Treatment Centers?

"Some of the executive staff were very rude to regular workers. One would smile and say hi, and there would be no response; as if we didn't exist. In order for such executives to give a hello, a regular worker would have to say hello to such higher ups in the presence of other executives. Just because you may be in such a position or have a doctorate does not mean that people are below you or are insignificant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Say hello and greet your workers on a daily basis no matter what mood you may be in. No matter if you want to or not. Furthermore, work by example, the best way to show workers you are a good leader is by doing the same type of work as the worker to show that it is not beneath you. In order to be a good leader one must be a good follower."
