"I've been at the Tarleton Help Desk for a year now and my overall experience has been pretty good. I think that some times one or two supervisors are avidly trying to avoid confrontation so they hang on to personnel that are abusing the system a little too long and are a little intimidated to tell upper management no sometimes. But for the most part its a great place to work."
