"Overall a good company. You will not be treated as just another grunt or number there so that's good but the owner is a good person but also a bit of a shyster. I had to say though anything he has said he has kept his word but I don't know if that's a special relationship we have - there again the other things that make me leery and careful of him are things I've heard from the past and the person who I replaced so... I guess just take it for what its worth. Like I said overall a good company - good people but I've heard some things. One more thing - not sure what the future direction of the company is - no one is really driving it and other colleagues don't have the real skills they need to work with NAV or any programming / traditional NAV shop expectations, so expect to be extremely versatile and capable of doing everything on your own. ...should write more details but its late and I need some rest."
