"I joined as a Mid-Level Engineer and I was very conveniently low balled by not acknowledging my work experience from India. I was offered below average salary according to Bay Area standards. I didn't signup for Lead role as they were going to hire a Senior Engineer but their expectations of me were way too high and unreasonable for what they were paying me. Really poor communication of their expectations and deliverables. Their development plan and priorities are counterproductive to what the company stands for."
