"The training on the material... The wooden nickel program ( if they still have it) allot of work functions for the departments to mingle"

"u did not move up unless someone really likes u. Office Manager was really hard to talk to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More hands on training. The team leaders where great. But higher then them really need to place some orders. take a day in customer services shoes so they understand why some of there goals r hard to reach."
