"Tango is a small tech company (~40 employees) that offers two SaaS products related to employer-sponsored health benefits. One is a tool that assists employees in selecting a health plan from their employer, and the other is an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance application. Pros: Very flexible work/life balance (with the exception of the busy season). Cons: Benefits are slim, and technology is lacking in growth."
