"Working for Tallega wasn't quite what I was led to believe it would be like. The CEO while a very nice person doesn't really lead the company. The CTO controls all aspects of the organization and while I believe his intentions are good, he doesn't communicate well and doesn't like giving projects over to Professional Services. I hope the best for them, but feel they will struggle until this issue is resolved."
