"Great, intelligent employees who you can learn from and get along with. However, management can be very clueless at times and willing to dispose of anyone who voices their opinion."
"The gist is be careful, because Tallan asks a lot of you. The minimum amount of hours you should expect is 47 a week. Tallan treats its employees well until they falter, upon which expect no loyalty from management. If you can stay on the boat, this is a good company, but go in with your eyes open."

What don't you like about working at Tallan?
"Health benefits are not as good as with larger companies. Consultant's report to multiple managers which sometimes creates conflicts. Senior level new hires are expected to walk on water immediately with no margin for errors and are not allowed sufficient time to adapt to their new employer especially if they have come from a non-consulting background."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you hire people at your headquarters, make sure that the people they will actually be working for at other locations in the company have had a chance to interview and provide their input into the decision. New Employees who have not come from a consulting background should be given better orientation on working in a consulting environment and company guidelines and rules."
