"No help or support, constantly under copious amounts of stress, hostile work environment, little to none jobs security, poorly structured management, no covid hazardous pay, covid guidelines not followed or enforced, sexual/verbal/physical harassments occurs daily with no management prevention or discouragement, favoritism - some employees are allowed to steal time, repeatedly call out/late, sit around and do nothing while other employees are forced to carry double or triple their work load with no compensation. "Favorite Employees" get promoted to positions they are not qualified for based solely on personals relationship, while other are threaten, fired, and publicly chastised for actions such as: drinking of bottle of water, or going to the restroom once management/supervisors get off their cell phones, pause their tiktoks, and put their forks down. Management/supervisors routinely speak poorly of coworkers to and in the present of employees and donors alike. Unreliable scheduling, sporadic shift changes. General alienation from co-workers. In summation, my time here has proven to be difficult, stressful, unrewarding, and unsatisfying; regardless, of the expectations I initially came in with under the false promises and claims during the hiring process."

"I have worked for Grifol's Plasma since Jan 2013. The job itself is challenging but the individual that leads the organization is unprofessional and very difficult to work with. There outlook on everything is very negative and the support you get from regional staff is limited, hear say and very unprofessional. Constant pressure to work 50 to 60 hours a week without additional compensation because we are told we are salaried employees so they can demand we work any number of hours."
