"The company needs to come into the current season of retailers. Be current to the customer needs and employment needs, The customer still wants quality, good fitting garments tha are stylish and priced well. Yearly repeats of best sellers are not what the customer wants. As a customer of Talbot's, I am looking for fresh designs that fit well, and still give the classic look. In terms of career opportunities, Talbot's should move around successful managers to under performing stores. Managers that have not been successful are protected in their current store, Therefore, the store should have an infusion of fresh blood or new management to commit to success."
