"Although I only worked for The Apparel Group for a short time, I was able to actualize some goals that had been holding the company back for some time. I onboarded a new digital experience platform, updated its affiliate program, streamlined the digital project management process, updated and created reports within Google Analytics, reduced spend in SEM without reducing profit, and transformed customer journeys in both digital and traditional customer mailings. I partnered with various teams both onsite and remotely to achieve all these goals and more. Eventually, I took charge of end to end customer experience including customer service call center. I enjoyed the brand immensely and welcome any opportunity to continue to work with anyone at the company in the future."
