"There is no vision, growth plan or direction. A Japanese company that tries to market and sell products here in the USA as they do in Japan. There is no forethought to this marlet."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Use the technology in place at the company to develop new ideas, products, etc. Become part of the innovative marletplace we are trying to sell oour legacy products in."

"They had some great reps (that I set up) and good customers. Products were reliable."
