What do you like about working at Takeda Pharmaceutical?

"I enjoyed most of the people I worked with. I enjoyed the networking and building long-lasting, good relationships with many different people. I also really got involved in the scientific aspect of knowing my product and all competition. I loved knowing the studies and package inserts inside and out."

What don't you like about working at Takeda Pharmaceutical?

"My direct district manager was horrible to work with. He was accused of sexual harassment by various employees several times (and I can understand why). He was verbally abusive and manipulative in the way he dealt with his employees. There were so many complaints about him that I have no idea how he kept his job there, except he had a couple connections to top management. Finally, he ended up being arrested and thrown in jail for illegal drug production, dealing and use."
