What do you like about working at TAG Support Co.?

"Is a good place to start if one does not have any IT experience, I was fortunate enough to land on the AT&T account where my responsabilities were to troubleshoot desktop systems a such as Windows and Mac, over the phone."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep in mind that this is not where you want to be for the rest of your life, there is not really any room for growth, on the other hand is a good place to start in the IT industry, again, depending on what account you end up with, almost everyone I interviewed for knew TAG in some way or another, so it is a good reference."

What don't you like about working at TAG Support Co.?

"There is no 401k, the health care benefits are ok but they could be better, there is no place to move up in the corporate ladder except for maybe team leader.They can switch you to another account at any time and not ask for your input."
