"• I was employed by Tadi Brothers for a few months in 2016 • During the initial training I began to notice strange sounds from bosses’ room next door. • Noticed they had one employee who was an immigrant who they seemed to enjoy picking on. • Instead of using phone communications like they did with all other employees, they would shout through the walls referring to him by his ethnicity not his name to summon him into their office. • He would rush into their office and be subject to verbal, emotional, and occasionally physical abuse. • They bought toy pigs that oinked when you squeeze them; they passed these out to all employees and verbally encouraged us to help them mock him. • I have been present in their office when they would insult him, tell him he looked homeless because of the clothes he wore, sometimes even throw things at him. (backup cameras for RVs, their main product) • One encounter I was speaking to him when one of the bosses squeezed a toy pig at him; he was clearly upset and asked the boss to stop this; the boss responded by saying, “What are you going to do, put me in a labor camp?” • I soon noticed he never used the timeclock. All other employees except for the bosses clocked in and out, but he never used the timeclock. • Worst incident I remember was when one of the bosses burst out of his office and shouted at him “I told you to go over to the UPS store already!” the boss then grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt, hauled him to the flight of stairs that was the entrance to our offices (Tadi bros is on the second floor of a building), then the boss pushed him down the stairs. This was caught by their security cameras which was displayed on a monitor near the tech support area. All of us in tech support witnessed this happen. Thankfully he regained his footing and was not injured by this assault. • I overheard the same boss asking HR if there was a way to stop the timeclock from recording overtime. Th"
