"I get to go home at 3:30 every day and there is very little responsibility given to technicians. This means that I rarely if ever think about work after hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Only stay a year...get your clearance, travel as much as you can then get out. This job offers very little in terms of job growth and skills are not transferable if you are trying to get another job years later."
What don't you like about working at Tactical Survey Group?
"There is one manager for every 2 technicians. Company is not interested in hearing from you how the product might be improved. There is way to much down time between projects. Programs that are used to make the product are very very old and computers crash at least once a day for every employee."

"managment and communication class's might be beneficial."

"There was a lack of short term finding, and the product had a long sales cycle, so the compant had to conduct layoffs, which I was a part of."

"Make the product sales cycle shorter, Create a low end entry product."
