"Unless there is a radical change in the management team, I would not interview with this company."

"Lack of vision to the changing markets. The desire to hit the home run with a in-house developed product. Not willing to embrace what the company was good at doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a look at where the successes are, and embrace them. Get rid of the not invented here syndrome."
