"I love supporting end users with Software/Hardware issues. I am at my best when helping others. I love doing IT support. I love the multitasking and the wearing of many hats and the unexpected of what problem lies ahead. Day to day you don't know what is going to happen that day. Never a dull moment. I also enjoy the duties that are given for you to do daily. I had to maintain the backup tapes for 5 servers every day (m-f) and run a fuel process nightly. I really do enjoy what I do."
