"they will invest tons of money to grow an individual to be the best they can and once that goal is reached they drop the ball on doing what is need to keep that individual from seeking other opportunities"

"One reaches a point in the career where it is hard to move forward, maybe because after 8 years one has been taken for granted."

"Don't expect a huge salary. If you can avoid debt while here you will come out just fine. The money inside for people and equipment is limited so learn to be thrifty"

"The pay was not what it could have been. The budget was always tight"
