"Get rid of all of them. The management lacks leadership and is totally disconnected from their employees."

"Honestly, I view it as only a job. With medical coverage cut as a benefit, I no longer view Honeywell as a viable employer."

"If you like being pigeonholed into a position, having management ignore viable revenue streams, and a complete lack of innovation, then this place might be for you."

"Management lacks direction, communication, and means of delivering a viable product to the end customer."

"Your employees are an asset, not a liability. You have driven this organization into the ground. How long can you keep fooling your shareholders before getting caught?"

"Initially I was drawn to the opportunity to learn and build my knowledge of radar and the defense sector."

"No, not really. Just be yourself, and be open and honest."

What don't you like about working at Raytheon?

"The defense sector is dying, there is minimal, if any, money available for development work. Everything is now mostly contract sustainment."

"Be proactive in finding your teams ability to find tasking to avoid the charging of overhead budget from departments which thereby lowers educational budgets"

"The programs we worked on was very challenging. The end results are very rewarding. Get to work on different issues (learning new things)."

"If you don't mind bureaucracy, and don't care about your work, this is the place for you."

"Too many middle manages who do not have the necessary expertise (don't get respect from their underlings."

"Get back to the basic. Provide necessary resource for the engineer to complete the task. Get middle managers and trust your great engineers for decision making."

"Traveling from project to project. No time to get bored."

"Seriously consider working for Avanade. If you can stand the weekly travel it is worth it."

"I love it all, it's been the best company I've ever worked for."
