"My situation may be a bit different than the usual consultant role: I'm expected to be an expert across the entire breadth of an ERP system--which is simply unrealistic and very frustrating. I know this is not the case for other consultants, even in other areas of my current company. I do enjoy business process analysis work and working directly with clients."

"Negotiate parking and personal cell phone allowance along with more vacation time!"

"Very poor communication between the branches. More travel than originally agreed to. Resource shortages in areas with good salespeople. Poor salespeople in other regions."

"Use the technology we provide. Better communication between the branches. Work to keep existing talent from leaving."

"No not really. Unum is a good employer and offers exceptional benefits and salary compensation."
What don't you like about working at Unum?
"The only thing I can complain about is the amount of time it takes to complete a project. Most of the work is so complicated, it takes a lot of time and people from many areas to get things accomplished."

"If I could influence management, I would suggest looking for ways to streamline the requirements gathering process."
