"The work is not tough. The mental games and strain from the boss/manager is enough to make this a very miserable place to work. There is nothing else to like about working in this company but just a job to pass through until something better comes along"

"Run away. Do not try to apply for a job here"

What don't you like about working at Software Unlimited?

"Everything. My manager is a micromanaging person who has serious ethics issues that cannot be addressed. Management has family members working here and non family members are not treated equally. There is almost zero benefits and a lot of time non-family employees are taken advantage of financially. IF MississippI was not a free to work state, the government would have the ability to shut Software Unlimited down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat all human beings with the same respect you provide their family employees. Stop stealing from the cookie jar and blame the financial outcome of the business on employees that are responsible of bringing in business"

"not needed to go there everyday; so you don't sin every day."

"run away. if that is possible, jump of the window. it is worth the risk involved."

"they promise and cheat; but they don't let you know that."

"stop cheating, stop false promises, stop being fraudulent to growing professionals"

"Excellent staff. Growth is possible. On time pay schedule. Spontaneous responses"

"all is good. Just maintain the efficiency of work and you are good to go."

"nothing to complain. Recruiting can be little more efficient. Can improve in benefits plans being offered."

"Keep it up. Keep going.. Nothing more to suggest in my opinion."
