"Do not work here. Turnover is high because it is not a positive working environment! Several departments (finance and marketing, specifically) are facing impending layoffs in the next one to two years."

"I didn't approve of the treatment I received from managers and supervisors, the dingy working environment, outdated technology, incompetent management, low salary, lack of career growth opportunities, and low standards of design quality expected."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your office workers equally to the treatment managers and supervisors were given. Do not talk down to workers because they make less money than you. Offer a flexible working schedule to all employees, not just management."
