What don't you like about working at Sysco Food Service?
"The management in the Portland house is awful. When I went in to hand in my letter of resignation they finally offered me more money to stay. My DSM was completely in over his head and was the main reason I left. After being called names and demeaned by him I had enough. I will also mention that I was on my way to being double digit growth for the next year."

New DSMs shouldn't have more than three to four MAs to start while they are being evaluated so they can perform appropriately, as they are in ongoing training and are often not available to the MAs who need them."
