"When I started I was allowed the freedom to do what needed to be done, but once the smoke cleared the incompetence of the senior leadership team and president became 100% crystal clear."

"Yes...avoid them like the plague. They spin a great line of BS and flip the script when you walk in the door. This company will put a significant dent into your career! Avoid at all costs!"

"Senior leadership staff blaming the staff for their own incompetence, inability to make sound decisions."

"Get rid of the Senior Leadership Team and more specifically the President."
