"Synovia solutions- good company to work at."
"Company has an excellent product for school bus industry. Management is very negative and heavy heavy micro management. Heavy turnover year over year with many reps leaving each month. Management team does not come from the GPS industry, which makes it difficult for them to understand the sales cycle and what it takes to close a deal. Very stubborn and unwilling to listen to sales team members."
"Strict micro management, be prepared for hourly reporting and attitude. Most Sales Management from outside the MRM industry, they do not get sales cycles or competition in the market. Solution issues will prevent referral business. No interest in partner business."
