"I liked working with the employees that I had developed great working and friend relationships with."

"I do not have faith in believing what I was told by HR in regards to being re-hired. I have applied for approximately a half dozen positions since leaving Synopsys and never received a reply email or notification regarding my applications."

What don't you like about working at Synopsys?

"Political people, the many organizational changes and lack of loyalty to long term employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think about your teams (your direct reports) and not just yourselves."
