"Prepare to not have a balanced life. The company doesn't care if you have to work 24 hours a day and you had better not whine about it. A job there will affect your physical health and mental well being."

What don't you like about working at Synopsys?

"The political arena, the freezing of salaries, the unrealistic workload, the incompetence of some of the managers, the endless layoffs, etc. etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with respect and appreciation. A company is only as good as the people it has working there."
