"I have been working in the wireless industry for the past 11yrs, I choose this industry after the housing fallout in 2008. Prior to 2008, I worked for ultra-high commercial and residential contractors in Chicago IL and Vail Colorado. Although being involved in the wireless industry for the past 10yrs has given me many opportunities my passion was always working in the high-end residential and commercial industry. I have managed several remodels, new builds in both commercial / residential that ranged from $300K kitchens to $15 million-dollar new builds, not to mention receiving a gold key for a complete remodel on a house built in the early 1900’s in Chicago. While working for SN Peck Builders in Chicago, I was able to achieve a GPM of 27-34% on most of my projects that I managed."
