"Campus placements conducted by them were good, but later discovered to be false."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not presume that you are the only recruiters for campus placements... It's almost year past since campus placement... they are still working on the damn dates....they are playing with student's careers nothing else."

What don't you like about working at Synechron?

"In-spite of the poor global economic condition, Synechron had somehow managed hiring a significant number of candidates from campus interviews last year. Several aspirants from top engineering colleges received more than one offers but their dream is yet to turn into reality. The reason is most IT companies have delayed their joining dates by about 6 months as a result of which students are asked to join in January who were earlier said of a July start.The frustration of students does not end here.This company had hired more than hundreds of candidates from across the nation last year. When many of the students have already started work, students from colleges in cities are asked to wait - as they are still planning on the dates - are to be finalized - all the crap."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you don't want to give placement then convey it them.. don't play with careers.. Get real, try to show your real face to students before recruitment."
