"I worked for symplr (Cactus) for 2 years, and I took the position as a challenge to broaden my employment portfolio as well as get in on the ground floor of a company working to restructure themselves. They have some good intentions though they continue to move in the wrong direction by hiring too much in terms of directorial positions and not enough workers to keep the customer satisfied. They are frustratingly long, the well-established employee's by firing/laying off in droves and replacing them with outsourced workers in Bangalore. It just got to the point where it felt like the work I was contributing too was unethical."
