"It's hard to say because the problems I experience may or may not be limited to the department I worked in. Many organizational changes there have been in the twelve months. In addition, ask if there is a clear plan for the next twelve months. Ask the hiring manager what they think are the strong and weak points of the department, the organization, and the entire company."

"The department I worked in seemed very disorganized and in disarray. The work itself was uninteresting and mundane."

"Find a way to increase the level of accountability across the organization. Certain individuals seem to have a level of entitlement. Find ways to improve communication within and across departments to increase productivity."
