"Please know that the pay does not equal the amount of work expected of you."

What don't you like about working at Sylvan Learning?

"I did not like the poor salary for the 45 hour week and I did not like the center director who was all about making money and had no educational background. Also, the district education manager did not have a teaching credential and very little experience in education. Finally, I did not like having to make cold sales calls to previous students to try and lure them back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"All members of the staff need to have a background in the educational field or be in school pursuing one."
