"I worked for SyAM Software for 5 years. Although my co-workers were great, the CEO made it really difficult to appreciate the job. As a non-technical person, his lack of the ability to grasp the concept of an API, created a lot of favoritism towards the UI and front end developers. Additionally, despite the advise of multiple developers, his lack of forecasting skills kept us in a declining desktop environment, creating financial problems for all of our families. 5 years of writing dynamic drivers and self adapting frameworks for a lower salary than working as a lifeguard without ever receiving a raise, does not encourage me to give this company a good review."
