"The political guidelines and all over the guidelines sometimes makes to processes very slow and results in self-over-organisation in the organisation. There would be more space if the company wouldn't be organised very traditional."

"I would focus more on the market and less on the organisation. there are a lot of reorganisations which often are forced very politic."
