"I have been in Swiggy Labs since more than 3 years now and it is an amazing place to be. It is a Longshot part of the company that aims to work on futuristic, low conviction, and discontinuous ideas that can be the next big source of revenue for the company. I loved the work culture and control over the research we did and it has always been a great learning experience. At Labs, we were always promoted to think and act out of the box, and implement crazy ideas. Special emphasis was given to mental models as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who seeks a great team and growth."
