"SWHP does not show that they value their employees. Rather than taking a serious look at the issues in the workplace, their attitude is "if they don't like it, they can go elsewhere". The attrition rate in this company is over the top. During my time there I saw that the most competent and qualified individuals either moved on or were asked to move on. When a problem is brought to their attention, they label you as a troublemaker and cease to listen. They have had several high level positions sit empty because they cannot attract local talent due to their poor reputation."
