"I worked for Baylor Scott and White as a front desk coordinator and then in the call center. Being upfront, I enjoyed getting to interact with patients and give them the utmost service. When I moved to the call center, I was able to get out of my comfort zone a little bit and enjoyed every minute of it and learned a lot of new things I didn’t know. I then when to Sweeney Eye Associates and was only there a couple months and was unfortunately let go due to COVID-19, but during my time there, I enjoyed working in a family oriented environment."
