What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always set clear goals and objectives for the teams and the company and periodically share the progress of the company with the people and let them know how their work impact the company's bottom line. Know what you are, what you know, and what you do to become a true leader, not just a boss. Build an environment with trust, confidence, and effective communication as people want to be guided by those they respect and who have a clear sense of vision and directions. Finally, know your people and look out for their well-being."

What don't you like about working at Rocket Software?

"Level of experience of exec team, lack of a cohesive sales and marketing plan, and inability to manage costs ($800+K run rate with NO SALES)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"RIF, retrench on product focus, pull back S&M team until sales learning curve established. CEO disagreed and determined correct path was to RIF development while increasing S&M."
