"I do not have any suggestions for anyone other then the Susman' are very good people"

What don't you like about working at Susman Insurance Agency?

"commissions were way to low plus had to give the first 10 policies to the agency before I would earn any commissions. Commission rates changed every 2 years. prior to the last change commissions where 50% of total commissions paid to the agency then they dropped down to $60 per policy after the first 10 policies sold every month."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions to management other then paying better commissions and not giving the first 10 policies sold to the agency"
