"Sushi with Gusto (SWG) is a small sized food management company, specializing in grab-n-go retail sushi. The family aspect of the company is great, they really understand and value a culture that rewards hard work. There are many changes in the food industry (hosts, regulatory, food offerings), SWG is not as forward-thinking as the other companies who are competing in the same retail space. While other sushi management companies are aggressively seeking new and exciting menu options, SWG is stuck in the back, observing what other food vendors are doing."
